The combination of 64% Dark Chocolate from Chocolates Perez enriched with our Señorios de Relleu EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and fleur de sel from Bras del Port has a creamy and intense flavor, with a creamy texture and a slightly bitter taste.

El Xato Restaurant: Looking for the best raw materials

 

This handmade chocolate is made in the city of Villajoyosa (famous city in Spain for its chocolate industry), by Chocolates Perez, with selected cocoa, our EVOO and fleur de sel from the Mediterranean marshes (Santa Pola), all supervised and created by the El Xato restaurant in search of the best products, to obtain a product of the highest quality.

 

El Xato restaurant has more than 100 years of history, internationally awarded, with chef Cristina Figueira in her kitchen and sommelier Francisco Cano in the dining room.

The combination of the different ingredients make our chocolate unique and very different. A true explosion of flavor that will not leave anyone indifferent, endorsed by the craft seal of the Valencian Community.

 

 

Craft seal of the Valencian Community

 

  • Weight: 80 g
  • Ingredients: Cocoa paste, sugar, extra virgin olive oil (8%), butter cocoa, emulsifier (soy lecithin), fleur de sel and aroma (vanillin).
  • Allergens: Without gluten. May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts and milk.
  • Cocoa: 64% minimum.

Recommendations: Store in a cool, dry place away from odors. Ideal storage temperature: 18º C – 20º C.
