The Extra Virgin Olive oil Delicate Coupage 250 ml. Señoríos de Relleu®, is a coupage of extra virgin olive oils of five native and arbequina variety. His fruity contrast perfectly with the bitter and spicy, creating a very well-balanced oil.
In his soft, fresh and delicate fruity, it should be noted the naunces of grass and green leaf complemented with touch of fresh wood and hay.
Deepening in its naunces we can find light keys of fig, tomato and nuts, wich make this oil a delicate juice for the most discerning palates.
The Sensorial Star tells us what are the sensory characteristics in nose and in mouth of an olive oil in a simple and graphic way, elaborated by a group of tasters. Indicates how fruity, spicy, bitter it is and the rest of perceptions between them. The values that each sensory star indicates are relative values to the characteristics of that particular extra virgin olive oil.
