Señoríos de Relleu®, is a coupage of extra virgin olive oils of five native and arbequina variety, with a medium fruity, a light bitter and a spicy upper middle, wich provide strong. The main naunces of this oil are fresh and remind to the green almond and freshly cut grass, with a characteristic touch provided by the arbequina variety.

 

We can go further our perception and find on the internal of this oil the fresh of the tomato and the body of the fig. An oil wich you can delight your palates.

SEÑORIOS DE RELLEU, “PREMIUM GASTRONOMIC GIFT”

 

We at Señoríos de Relleu love to feel as lively and innocent as children. We love to celebrate events, birthdays, anniversaries, journeys, achievements, etc., and give presents full of enthusiasm and dreams, which awaken in everyone – givers and receivers – a world of pleasant emotions.

 

So, we at Señoríos de Relleu thought that our brand should play a part in other people’s celebrations, surprising them, just as we love to be surprised.

 

All this has been combined in the presentation of our special bottle. The first thing you’ll see is the presentation box with a naive-style watercolour design full of freshness, light, colour, nature and water..

 

But if you look closer and imagine standing on the lid you’re looking down on countryside “fiestas”, family homes, tomato plants, banana trees, fig trees, peppers, artichokes, flowers – and olives at different stages of ripeness. There are also fruit trees, ancient olive trees, grass, – a real guessing game, with the clues leading you to discover what’s inside the box.

 

When you open it, the words – white on a black background – suggest you should “close your eyes”, and “feel” SUN, SEA, MOUNTAINS, GREEN AROMAS, GRASS, TOMATOES, BANANAS, ALMOND, CITRUS FRUITS, BITTERNESS, SPICINESS, etc.

 

Inside the box is an attractive and innovative White aluminium bottle with another evocative naive painting, also by Paula Alenda, which tells you, in a delightful manner, everything you need to know about the special story of Señoríos de Relleu and the people who make it what it is.

 

Lastly, as you continue your journey towards the interior, you open the bottle, smell the contents, experience the intense fruitiness mingling with the scents of recently cut grass, green almonds and touches of banana, figs and hay, then you pour some onto a plate and discover a marvellous intense golden oil.

 

To sum it all up, this is a real gastronomic present which brings with the authentic “Mediterranean Sensation”.

The Sensorial Star tells us what are the sensory characteristics in nose and in mouth of an olive oil in a simple and graphic way, elaborated by a group of tasters. Indicates how fruity, spicy, bitter it is and the rest of perceptions between them. The values that each sensory star indicates are relative values to the characteristics of that particular extra virgin olive oil.

The different circumferences allow us to see which one or which are the most outstanding in that olive oil and how their intensities and relative attributes are perceived. These levels are never exact absolute values comparable to other sensory stars of other oils.

Blend of extra virgin olive oils from five native varieties and arbequina with a half fruity, a bitter and a medium-high spicy.Aromas of this major oil are cool and remember to almond and green grass with a distinctive touch arbequina provided by this variety.
We go beyond in our perception and find this within the fresh tomato oil and body of the fig tree. An oil we delight with our taste.
