In his soft, fresh and delicate fruity, it should be noted the naunces of grass and green leaf complemented with touch of fresh wood and hay.

Deepening in its naunces we can find light keys of fig, tomato and nuts, wich make this oil a delicate juice for the most discerning palates.

Indicates how fruity, spicy, bitter it is and the rest of perceptions between them. The values that each sensory star indicates are relative values to the characteristics of that particular extra virgin olive oil.

The different circumferences allow us to see which one or which are the most outstanding in that olive oil and how their intensities and relative attributes are perceived. These levels are never exact absolute values comparable to other sensory stars of other oils.
