100 years of history

We have created this extra virgin olive oil in a totally ecological and sustainable way to mark the 100th anniversary of history of our Masía Teuladí (our headquarters in Relleu).

We produce our olive juice among Arab terraces in mountainous regions with the following regional varieties: Manzanilla Villalonga, Blanqueta, Changlot Real, Alfafara, Genovesa and combined with Arbequina.

To fully preserve the properties of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil), we present our single dose in an aluminum tube designed in a naïve-art style that shows our story. This container protects from: light and air, it´s unbreakable, lightweight, hardwearing, recyclable and easy to use.

 

We introduce our 20 ml gourmet monodoses

These modern single-dose packages in aluminum tubes preserve all the properties of the EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil), as they are packaged upon request in our Oil Mill, in an opaque, vacuum-sealed container to protect all its benefits.

This innovative format, unique on the market, has a number of advantages over all current single-dose products on the market. This individual packaging provides excellent preservation, perfectly maintaining freshness and aromas, which are appreciated at each opening.

The single-dose format of extra virgin olive oil is becoming more and more common both in the restaurant and hotel industry, as well as in domestic use. Why Organic Agriculture?

The sensorial star tells us what sensorial characteristics on nose and mouth of an oil in a graphic and easy way, prepared by a group of tasters. Indicates how fruity, bitter and pungent the preceptions are among them .The values of each sensorial star indicate are relatives to the specific characteristics of that oil.

The different circumferences let us see what are the ones most salient on this oil and how their insensitis and relative values are perceived. This levels aren’t precise absolute values comparable to other sensorial stars of other oils.
