03 Mar Tasting at the WOOE. Oils from the Valencian Community: Mediterranean Breeze
The tasting room at the WOOE (World Olive Oil Exhibition) was full, the AOVES of the Valencian Community opened the curtain in an exceptional setting, the international meeting of reference for producers in the olive sector, which began its 11th edition in Madrid.
On February 26, we held a tasting of oils from the Valencian Community: Brisa Mediterránea, where we gave a tasting of AOVES together with 2 other producers from our community, where we were able to present our oils and taste 2 of them. In addition, we had the opportunity to present the quality brand project: Olis D’Alacant.
OLIS D’ALACANT
As an introduction, the president of the association Olis D’Alacant made a presentation of the association, its objectives and the associated olive oil mills in the province of Alicante.
Later, in front of a room full of professionals, we were able to explain our history, trajectory and taste 2 very different Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils. In addition to being able to disseminate the varietal richness of our regions.
